Drainage Breeze® Centesis Breeze® All Purpose Drain Breeze® XS All Purpose Drain Breeze® Biliary Drain Drain Accessories IMPORTANT RISK INFORMATION BREEZE CENTESIS Indications for Use: The Breeze® Centesis Drainage Catheter is intended for the percutaneous drainage of fluids. BREEZE® AND BREEZE® XS ALL PURPOSE DRAIN Indications for Use: The catheter is designed for percutaneous drainage of abscess fluid, Cyst, gall bladders, nephrostomy, urinary, and others fluids. The operator can use different drainage sets according to the type of accumulated fluid and place of accumulation. These sets are classified according to the catheter size (5F~16F pertaining to various fluid viscosity) and according to the position of the accumulation. The operator can choose from either the Direct Access or Seldinger Type depending on the method used to provide access. Contraindications: Only qualified personnel who are familiar with the technique should use the product. During insertion avoid contact with bone, cartilage and scar tissue which may damage the catheter tip. The set should not be used where percutaneous catheterization is unacceptable. Echinococcus cyst, multiple chamber accumulation of fluids or accumulations known as phlegmonic accumulations can mostly not be satisfactorily treated using the percutaneous drainage technique. BREEZE® BILIARY DRAIIN Indications for Use: The catheter is designed for percutaneous drainage of abscess fluid, cyst, gall bladders, nephrostomy, urinary and other fluids. Contraindications: Only qualified personnel who are familiar with the techniques should use the product. This product is not recommended for Echinococcosis cyst drainage, multi-chamber drainage and phlegmonic drainage. ACCESSORIES Indications for Use: The Introducer System is indicated for use in percutaneous introduction and placement of catheters and guidewires. Contraindications: Use of the introducer is contraindicated if the patient has a known or suspected obstruction in the vessel or target anatomy. There is increased risk of pneumothorax for the patient who has severe chronic lung disease. Refer to Instructions for Use provided with the product for complete instructions, warnings, precautions, and contraindications. Observe all instructions for use prior to using products.
